Step by Step instructions on how to clone any style of underwear, any size, making the design to be low-sew and elastic free. Underwear can be made from any up-cycled t-shirt or knit fabric (interlock or jersey). 

If possible look for fabric that has at least 5% lycra in its contents. For added comfort in the gusset area, choose a breathable, absorbent soft knit cotton. 

This method was designed for minimal sewing, regular single needle will work fine, even just a needle and thread and hand stitching will work.
