There is a  radical positive disruption that is taking place within the Mass Garment Manufacturing Textile Industry. Led by innovative thought leaders of Transformation Textiles, Alpine Creations and Alex Apparels, new operator jobs are being creating for their expanding production facilities while at the same time significant amounts of pre-consumer textile waste is avoided by careful planning of using all the "empty spaces" in their mass production markers. By commercially pre-cutting the components of dignity kits, local grassroots MHM (Menstrual Health Management) efforts can be bolstered to new levels of efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while supporting additional livelihoods amongst vulnerable communities looking to make reusable sanitary products locally. Sustainable solutions to address global period poverty can be found when strategic partnerships are forged between the textile industry, government, humanitarian aid and development organizations, social entrepreneurs and grass-roots led MHM initiatives.
